1. How is the ordering process work?

You must first register or open an account with us in order to buy. Read our privacy policy.

(You may start by adding products into Cart and continue until we request you to login or register your billing information or you may click REGISTER link first in order to open account).

After registration you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your registration and logon credentials or Username and Password.

Logon before you start to add items you wish to buy in the cart.

Select the items you want to buy and ADD TO CART

Click CONTINUE SHOPPING if you still want to add products.

Click CONTINUE to select SHIPPING method and confirm your delivery address. Write extra information or instruction you would like us to know.

Click CONTINUE to select PAYMENT method.

We will inform you immediately when we receive your payment, usually within 24hrs.

If you select that you want to pay by Electronic Fund Transfer or Direct Bank Deposit, here is our banking details after you CHECKOUT:

You will immediately receive an e-mail of your Purchase Order with Reference that you must write on the Bank Deposit Slip, but please DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY BEFORE WE SEND YOU AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER.

We allow you 5 working days to make payment or else your order will be cancelled/rejected.

We will keep on informing you about the status change of your order by e-mail. Please allow seven 7 working days AFTER CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT for your order to reach your destination / Post Office.

Your Order will be insured and tracked until it reaches you. We will send you a link to track your order in transit.

You will receive your order with an Invoice or you will receive invoice via your registered e-mail.
